BCH Achieves 100% Participation in STCL Law Firm Challenge

Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC has achieved 100% participation in South Texas College of Law’s 2016 Law Firm Challenge. The challenge, which began in 2007, was established for alumni of South Texas College of Law to come together to help maintain the excellence and legal education at the school.

The goal of those who participate in the challenge is to have the firm’s South Texas College of Law alumni give at least $25 to help support the school’s critical learning programs. Those who donate can select where their money will go and they can send it out to the department of their choice.

Bailey Cowan Heckaman PLLC is home to 11 alumni from the South Texas College of Law. All 11 participated in the challenge and donated to help the cause.

We truly care about the next generation of lawyers and helping kids gain the most beneficial education possible. This is why we are so passionate about our participation in programs like the Law Firm Challenge at South Texas College of Law. It allows us to give back to those who are striving to complete their education and work towards their juris doctorate.

The value and effectiveness of the school’s alumni giving back is understated. Whether we are supporting the area of greatest need, the advocacy program, the law review, the Randall O. Sorrels ’87 Legal Clinics, the Harry L. Reed Oil and Gas Law Institute, or scholarships, we are always dedicated to helping.
