Hayden’s practice is exclusively devoted to litigation, with a substantial focus on mass tort and individual personal injury litigation.
Hayden is a member of the firm’s successful, award-winning trial and appellate briefing team. His briefing often involves complex, unanswered, or novel questions of law, including recently securing remand of a case involving the open question of the applicability of the forum defendant rule where claims of fraudulent joinder were made. He regularly and successfully drafts responses to motions to dismiss, motions for remand, responses to motions for summary judgment, Daubert motions, responses to Daubert motions, various discovery-related motions and oppositions, and everything in between.
